Privacy Policy
Version 2026-08-31
This explains what Norns collects when you use Skema, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Account details. Your email address and a hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
Workspace content. The schema, sources, decisions and comments you create.
Operational records. Sign-in events, administrative actions and errors, recorded with a timestamp and the network address the request came from, so we can investigate security incidents and faults.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace content to train models for anyone else. We do not place advertising or third-party tracking on the product.
Cookies
Skema sets one cookie, to keep you signed in. It is marked HttpOnly and, over HTTPS, Secure. It is not used for advertising or analytics, and there is nothing to opt out of because nothing else is set.
We send email through Resend for a limited set of purposes: password reset, workspace invitations and security notifications. Your address is shared with that provider only to deliver those messages.
Where your data is held
Skema runs on Google Cloud in the asia-south1 region (Mumbai, India). Each workspace is stored in its own database.
How long we keep it
Workspace content is kept while the workspace exists. Operational records are kept while they remain useful for security and fault investigation.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@skema.world and we will respond.
