Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Skema, a governed schema development service operated by Norns.

The service

Skema records decisions about a schema and the evidence behind them. Each workspace is held in its own database, separate from every other workspace.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Skema. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it and show it back to you and to the people you have invited to your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use Skema to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to attempt to reach another customer's workspace, or to interfere with the service's operation or security.

Availability

We do not offer an uptime commitment. The service is provided as it is, without warranty. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using Skema at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where required by law.

Changes

These terms carry a version. When they change materially we will say so, and the version you agreed to is recorded against your account.
